Through HRH Associates, Dr. Homan has advanced numerous life science companies from inception through maturity. Dr. Homan has served as CEO of Urovalve, Inc., and Ingenion Medical, Inc., that were focused on urinary tract disorders. For Urovalve, he served as PI on 5 successful NIH SBIR grants as well as 2 grants from the New Jersey Commission of Science and Technology (total = $1.3 M). He also served as Advisor to the CEO and VP Bus Dev for SageMedic, Corp, a cancer diagnostic company. Harvey has been a Corporate Executive, Founder, Director, CEO, Investor and Advisor to pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and digital health companies. Leadership roles at Sterling Health and Boots Company in new product development, clinical, regulatory, sales, and strategic marketing supported commercialization of dozens of international products for major OTC brands including Bayer, Neurofen, Strepsils, Midol. He serves as Advisory Board Member for TRx and BioMedx Accelerators at CUMC. Currently, he is also President of Keiretsu Forum NJ Chapter.

Dr. Shenoy is a biomedical scientist, professor, and the Chief Scientific Officer of MetasTx LLC. He specializes in cancer metastasis and vascular medicine; with over 15 years of research on the role of P21 activated kinase-1 (PAK1) in cancer growth and metastasis, his published work is significant.
